🤖 I Tested Claude Cowork For A Full Day. Here's What Happened

So Monday morning I tried something different.

Instead of opening 6 tabs, staring at my to-do list, and finally starting real work at 10am... I gave everything to Claude Cowork.

Quick context: Anthropic now has three Claudes. Chat (the one you know), Code (for developers), and Cowork, a desktop app that actually does work on your computer. It's in research preview right now and almost nobody is using it yet.

I simply told it everything I had to do for the day.

Here's what it did:

  • Built a time-blocked schedule in 30 seconds. Revenue tasks first, creative work during peak energy, hard stop for a non-negotiable gym session (it knows my gym goals).

  • Plugged into my Notion, added new sponsor entries.

  • Went through my Gmail, found the brand deal threads, pulled deliverables, scripts, and deadlines, and drafted replies.

  • Took over my browser, scrolled through my Instagram, checked my brand colors, tone, and CTA style. Then drafted a full week of content angles that actually sounded like me.

But here's the part that got me.

I built a Custom Skill for scriptwriting. Think of it like a repeatable SOP that I taught it once.

Now every time I need a reel script, it follows my hook formula, my structure, my voice. It even pulls reference reels from other creators to match the energy I'm going for.

And, I didn't write a single line of code to make this. I just told it how I work.

I actually turned this into a free skill you can download and use yourself. Grab the Reel Scriptwriter skill here (includes a free guide on how to use it for Claude Code or Cowork.)

The only real problem? I'm addicted. I literally can't stop.

When I got home from work I kept going.

Had it build me a personal tracker for losing my last 4 kgs. Meal planning, workout logging, weekly check-ins. For fun. On a Monday night.

This isn't a chatbot. This is a coworker that followed me home!!!

Try it here for yourself! And get the scriptwriter skill right here.

🎥 Seedance 2.0: The AI Video Tool You Can't Have (Yet)

Seedance 2.0 is here.

It's ByteDance's new AI video generator and it's genuinely impressive.

See my post on X with a mind-blowing example of a multi-scene video generated from one prompt.

There is only one problem. If you're in the US, Europe, UK, or India, you can't touch it.

Here's what happened:

ByteDance launched Seedance 2.0 in China in February through their Jianying app.

They planned to go global in mid-March.

Then a viral clip of AI-generated Tom Cruise fighting Brad Pitt broke the internet and Hollywood lost it. Disney, Netflix, Paramount, Warner Bros, and Sony all sent cease-and-desist letters.

US senators told ByteDance to shut it down entirely.

So ByteDance paused everything.

Then on March 26 they quietly resumed the rollout through CapCut.

But only in Brazil, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and parts of Africa and the Middle East. The entire Western market is still locked out.

Even the features that made it impressive are getting restricted. Real face uploads are banned globally now (only AI-generated portraits work as references).

So for now, Kling is still your best bet for AI video!
